Shipping Policy

Know that as soon as you click purchase, Jo and her team are getting your salty goods ready to go. Often, it’s just Jo hand-packing your order, and she processes orders 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. She’ll send you another notification when your order has shipped, which you can expect 3-5 days after your purchase. 

As many of you know, Jo is also a middle school teacher, so she often fulfills orders on the weekend, and ships them out during the week. 

Of course, things can get crazy during high volume order times like the holidays. She also can’t control what UPS or USPS does once she hands it off to them. If you have any questions about the arrival time of your order (or want to add a gift note!), please send an email to getsalty@keepitsavory.com and/or use the “Special instructions for seller” option when you add the item to your cart. She and the team will work to accommodate you. 

  • Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside the United States. However, you could be our first! Please reach out if you need to #keepitsavory in your part of the world.

Local Pick up: Chicago

If you are in Chicago, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup on the West Side at Kedzie/Lake by appointment only. Please send an email to getsalty@keepitsavory.com and/or use the “Special instructions for seller” option when you add the item to your cart. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready with an address and instructions.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at getsalty@keepitsavory.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
