Refund policy

We stand behind our products and delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at saltybiz@keepitsavory.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

From there, we’ll work to figure out the best method to remedy your issue. If your issue is damage during transit, please take photos of the damaged item. We’ll be happy to ship out a replacement. Please do not send the product back to us.

Our return/exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
